Reinhard Voss
Minor
About
A tall, gaunt man in his sixties with steel-grey hair and a perpetual frown. He wears bespoke suits and carries himself with military rigidity. His voice is a low growl, and his eyes are the colour of slate. He rarely shows emotion, but when he does, it is terrifying.
Backstory
The patriarch of the Voss family, Reinhard built the conglomerate from a small shipping company into a European powerhouse. He adopted Kieran to appease his late wife's charitable whims, but never bonded with him. In the original timeline, he died of a stroke after Elara's mismanagement bankrupted the company. In this life, he watches Kieran's rise with a mixture of pride and envy, and his health begins to fail as the company's troubles mount.
Motivation
To preserve the Voss legacy and ensure his biological children inherit a thriving empire.
Character Arc
From a domineering patriarch who views Kieran as an outsider to a broken old man who finally acknowledges Kieran's worth, but only when it is too late to make amends.
