Elara Voss
Antagonist
About
A striking woman in her early thirties with platinum blonde hair always pulled back in a severe bun and eyes the colour of frost. She wears tailored suits that cost more than most people's monthly rent and speaks with a clipped, aristocratic accent. Her smile is a weapon, her silence a threat.
Backstory
The eldest biological child of Reinhard and Ilse, Elara was groomed from birth to inherit the Voss empire. When her parents adopted Kieran, she saw him as a threat to her birthright, and she orchestrated the embezzlement charges that led to his exile. In the original timeline, she drove the company into the ground after her father's death, but now she senses Kieran's resurgence and will do anything to stop him.
Motivation
To secure her position as sole heir and CEO, and to eliminate Kieran as a rival once and for all.
Character Arc
From a calculating predator who views Kieran as an obstacle to a desperate woman who realises too late that her obsession with power has cost her everything, leading to a final act of either redemption or self-destruction.
